Teachers were concerned about the behavior of students in the classrooms and elsewhere in the school. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Make Your Day (MYD, 2012) school-wide citizenship program on student academic achievement, attendance, and short-term behavior suspensions at the target middle school.
