“Question” is used here in its noble sense referring to an inquiry into something which as yet has no answer, but rather constitutes a problem and which is formulated so as to lead to an answer. The answer may reside in more questions and even in seemingly insoluble dilemmas which in turn may raise more complex questions. I preclude any hue of a connection to other ideological and unethical handling of such questioning inquiry. Only an appropriate inquiry can possibly shed a light on it which might be helpful for those touched by it.

1. The German-Jewish Relationship in the Light of Human Cultural Evolution

Purpose & Themes

This work examines the German-Jewish relationship not merely as a historical conflict, but as a representative case study within the broader context of human cultural and evolutionary development, seeking a path toward reconciliation through the integration of the human psyche.

  • The evolutionary tension between "old brain" survival instincts and higher human consciousness.
  • The critique of the "eye for an eye" logic as a perpetuating cycle of violence and victimization.
  • The role of Jesus Christ’s teachings as a transformative, evolutionary shift toward wholeness.
  • The potential for a universal psychological armistice to transcend historical trauma.
  • The necessity of integrating "pre-rational" and "rational" components of the human mind.

Excerpt from the Book

The German-Jewish Relationship in the Light of Human Cultural Evolution

And this leads to the question of how a change of the heart, mind and soul not only between Germans and Jews but between all cultures, races and religions can be brought about. The German-Jewish relationship is a singularity which can serve as a teaching example because it is recent, large scale and because of the uniqueness of the person of Christ who is in particular part of one of the cultures involved, but by virtue of his cosmic dimension he cannot be disconnected from humanity at large, which is revelatory of his integrative nature in the interest of man on earth and beyond.

From a temporal cross-millennia perspective and in the light of human evolution one could have imagined a unique historical, worldwide psychological armistice around the changeover to the third millennium in the sense that all, not only Germans with regard to Jews and a few others, but all men on earth with its myriads of cultures and divers racial and religious backgrounds ask everyone else for pardon for all the atrocities inflicted on one another over the past millennia wittingly and unwittingly and thereby try to clean the slate of the subconscious and more conscious memory which carries on the hurts that provide momentum to the eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth logic. Such an act of universal psychological armistice and exemplary act of pardon would constitute an action from a more highly evolved dimension within and unlike the characteristics of the divisive old brain it would have a symbolical integrative impact that could pave the way to a more luminous future.
