The London Porn Festival is known to celebrate queer sexuality and holds annual festivals with pornographic screenings. In 2019, feminist activist groups protested against the festival claiming it to be harmful and dangerous. Given this event, this paper claims that the London Porn Festival Protest in 2019 is evidence that the sex wars between feminists are ongoing.
To prove this thesis right, the paper is structured like the following. The first chapter deals with the concept of culture wars and the Feminist Porn Wars of the 1980s as a theoretical framework for the analysis. Here, the chapter defines the two opposing views of feminists on pornography. The analysis contains an elaborate examination in how far the Feminist Wars are ongoing with the example of the London Porn Film Festival protests. Finally, the paper's findings will be summarized and an outlook on further research will be given.

Zusammenfassung der Kapitel (Chapter Summaries)
The introduction sets the scene by highlighting the controversy surrounding the 2019 London Porn Film Festival protest. It frames the protest as a continuation of the "feminist porn wars" of the 1980s, where anti-pornography and pro-sex feminists clashed over the role of pornography in society.
The background chapter provides a theoretical framework for the analysis. It defines the term "culture wars" and explores how the debate around pornography became a central issue within the feminist movement. The chapter then outlines the two opposing views on pornography: the anti-pornography perspective, which argues that pornography is inherently harmful to women, and the pro-sex perspective, which sees pornography as a form of sexual liberation.
