In this paper, I wish to present the importance of knowledge in the life of a priest today. I will be dealing with the understanding of knowledge in Hinduism, Islam and Christianity in particular. Looking at the importance given to knowledge in the Old Testament, New Testament and in the life of Jesus; how important is knowledge for a priest today who is a priest, king and a prophet to the world for the sake of Christ.
